Yesterday – WOD – Pause snatch and jumps

5×2 snatch with 2s pause at the knee – 85kg

2 minutes rest between sets

5×2 Jump complex – depth jump, broad jump, box jump – The final set was a 2.5m broad jump and 46″ box jump (metric and imperial, I know!)
