WOD – Speed Day

June 20th 2012

5×2 cleans from high blocks  – 112.5kg (80% 1RM)

2 minutes rest between sets

5×3 drop jumps (from a 15″ box on to a 42″ box)

2 minutes rest between sets

5x 20m sprints

full recovery between sets

It feels REALLY good to be hitting some max effort sprints. Something that my body hasn’t done it quite a while! Is there something that you haven’t done in a while? Throw it back in to your program for a while and watch your body soak it up!
