Monday 7th January

Snatch – 80% (87.5kg) x 1 x 3 (Lots of volume in the warm up)

C&J – 80% (115kg) x 1 x 3

Snatch pull – 90% (100kg) x 3 x 3

Pause snatch deadlift from 2″ deficit – 100% (110kg) x 3 x 3

 

Front squat – 75% (132.5kg) x 3 x 5

Max Out 2013

First max out of 2013, after two days of squat volume…shouldn’t really expect too much…

Friday 4th January 2013

Max snatch for the day – 107.5

Max C&J for the day – 142.5

Max back squat for the day – 190

That’s an equal total PB. I put 200 on the bar to squat…funnily, my legs weren’t feeling it!

Next week sees the start of an 8 week program; preparing for the Welsh National meet on March 2nd. Time to focus!
