Nothing amazing to report today. Singles to 90% and some back extensions. Feeling good though!

I have been doing some reading about hamstring injury prevention, I’m drafting an article at the moment. It’ll take a bit of time though…some of the stuff I read today made my brain hurt (not difficult, I know)!
