Front squat – 75% x 4 x 5 – 132.kg
Snatch pull – 85% (of snatch) x 3 x 4 – 92.5kg
Jerk – 70% x 3 x 2 – 100kg; 75% x 2 x 2 – 107.5kg; 80% x 2 x 2 – 110kg

PM

Overhead squat – 65% (of snatch) x 3 x 5; 3 sec pause in bottom – 70kg (Nice to sit at the bottom of the OHS and be pushed into position)
Tall snatch – 3 x 3; find weight that allows good speed and sharp turnover – 50kg across
High-hang snatch – 70% x 2 x 4 – 77.5kg
