I was going to take today as a rest day. My legs felt like lead, my knees were screaming every time I stood up from my desk. My wrists and elbows were irritated an sore. What did I do?
Rather than take a rest day, I had a LONG warm up, plenty of ankle, hip and t-spine mobs, then I put some weight on the bar! ‘Hair of the dog that bit you’ is the colloquial expression, for those from outside the UK that read the blog…yes, the blog is international!

Working on staying in my heels for as long as possible, finishing back, punching the turnover and speed, speed, speed!
I feel much better this evening; although the knee that I tore the PCL in is pretty aggravated. Nothing some fish oils won’t cure though!
