Busy, busy, busy!

WOW! The last few days have been VERY busy! Today was 8hrs of back to back coaching – I’m only glad the sun was beating down and we got outside for some rudiment plyos and acceleration/deceleration work. It helped maintain my sanity!

Here is the past few days of training:

Tuesday 7th August

4×5 weighted pull-ups – 34kg across

2 minutes rest between sets

4×6 one arm DB row – 58kg across

2 minutes rest between sets

5×5 3″ deficit HSPUs

2 minutes rest between sets

 

Wednesday 8th August

5×2 snatch doubles – 80kg

2 minutes rest  between sets

5×3 box jumps – 46″ – 48″ – 50″ – 50″ – 50″

2 minutes rest between sets

 

Thursday 9th August

4×5 snatch pulls – 100kg across

2 minutes rest between sets

5×5 3″ deficit HSPUs

2 minutes rest between sets

EMOM 3x20s L Holds

 

Tomorrow is VOLUME DAY! Snatch, back squat and press!
