WOD – Speed Day WAVE 2

5×2 hang snatch with full stall – 75% 1RM

2 minutes rest between sets

5×3 Single leg drive box jumps (I’ll post some video soon – there is video on the Cal Strength YouTube channel)

2 minutes rest between sets

5x 30m sprints

Full recovery between runs

I’m feeling pretty tired after that today…and I might have to do the volume day tomorrow as Friday is going to be a LONG day.
