The Volume Cometh

I had a good talk with Coach over the weekend. We reflected on the Open WODs and my performances. We made the decision that my WODs need slightly more volume and slightly broader time domains. Yuck!

Anyway, here’s yesterdays offering:

3 rounds for time:
7 back squat, 140kg
25 pull-ups

rest exactly 5 minutes

For time:
1200m run
60 swings, 24kg
60 burpees

The run was on a 200m turnaround.

Not surprisingly, the first part was a good WOD…not so much with part 2!
