Here’s the video of yesterdays AMRAP

Thursdays WOD

20 minute rolling clock

10 minutes to establish a 5RM push press

95kg

10 minutes to establish a 5RM weighted pull-up

37.5kg

Given the lack of recent pressing work (since last August!), I’m pretty happy to be just 5kg off my actual 5RM. If there wasn’t a time limit, I’d like to think I’d of matched my existing PB of 100kgx5

 

Additional work

5 sets (completed as a superset)

10 GHD sit-ups, in 15kg vest

5 snatch grip back extensions (50-60-60-70-70kg)

We added a 6kg DB to the GHD sit-ups. It really spiced up the eccentric element of the movement!
