One of the CrossFit USPs! Today it couldn’t have proved to be any more true. Two workouts and opposing ends of just about any spectrum you care to think of!


5 mile (yes, you read that correctly) run



Establish a heavy 5 rep back squat (doesn’t have to be a 5RM)

165kg (it felt heavy after the

4 min AMRAP

3 back squat, 140kg

6 burpees

6 rounds + 1 rep
